How I Started:
In the first year of high school I started lifting, but it was on and off, with little knowledge, and not much consistency. It wasn't until late sophomore year in college that I got serious about it. I'm now a senior and really love lifting and trying to get as fit as possible!
Why I Love It:
Keeps me healthy, fit, feeling great! I think respecting the body is one of the most important things in life and I couldn't imagine getting out of shape and not giving my body challenges...
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing progress and getting stronger! Plus my girlfriend likes to feel my muscles...(obviously? lol)
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing specific... I suppose just lifting consistently for a couple years now has been a accomplishment :-)

I was off bodyspace for about 8 months. Well I am poking around once more...
I never write in here anymore, but that doesn't mean I shouldn't occasionally :-) Anyway, I think I will be trying a 300lb squat today, which for me would be pretty good! I weigh about 144lbs right now. My last max was 175x2. I'm going to the gym in about an hour, so we'll see...

Hey bro, not much progress here. I've been on the road, so I've been eating crap and doing only pushups for the past 2 weeks! I got to the Y a couple days ago in FL, and my strength was still pretty good. I've only got 1 more week of touring and then I'll be in the gym again!
I know, I should add more. Sorry I couldn't make it to the rec today, I was out fishing when you called. I'll probably go to the rec tomorrow though. What's your new workout plan?
Just read your spring break bodyblog. I agree with you. It is hard to eat healthy and to work out during spring break. Well, best of luck to you! Keep it up! : )
maybe there is some weakness in your chest BUT your traps looks amazing. I got a weak chest too and my back is pretty strong ... keep on pumping hard and your chest will follow ;)
