148 right now, and 15.7% bf... wow... yeah this calls for a morning run and carb cutting for a week. I have a roll again and I HATE having a roll. Of course if I wasn't eating so much pizza, root beer, and reeses cups... and spooning peanut butter out of the can... maybe this wouldn't have happened.
Yep... Body has a little more to run on so its speeding up other aspects of your metabolism that it wasn't before. Keep listening to your body and seeing how you're looking in the mirror in the mornings.
Total calories sound too low all together considering the workouts. Your body is probably thinking its starving. On my profile in my favorites is a good article called "are you eating enough" with some good calculators on there. Try that one to see what it says you should be at to but type in your goal stats instead of present ones.
