Its all going downhill now, The crapiest Scottish summer ever, rain, rain and rain, probably about 50 days of non-stop rain. I have to add I'm a fair weather cyclist and not been out on the bike for weeks, and it shows, the body fat went up for the first time in months, I do other cardio to...

heya! how r u ? loong time! havnt been watchin X factor im afraid - we get all american stuff here! its nice here in saudi - i feel more settled now! but am currently injured with spasms in my back so on medication til it heals..total random but i suppose im just a hazard to myself! lol

I've got several gyms near by but am to embarresed to go to any of them at this point. I've read on here that you can't really burn fat and build muscle at the same time. So I was wondering, does that mean I should just work on the cardio and not do much with weight training? I know this is prob silly question but like I said, i'm new at this. Any thoughts or info on this would be greatly appreciated! :)

ah-well i had some crazy headaches for a bit and mood swings, but they do go- i wasnt too bad just a killer for those starbucks frappacinos-so its serving its purpose cutting it out! Mr 10 cups...lol
