from leaving a manual job to sitting at a computer i've gained 14 pounds and any muscles i had has now gone, i want to get back to my old self, if not better, before i hit forty next year.

I've got several gyms near by but am to embarresed to go to any of them at this point. I've read on here that you can't really burn fat and build muscle at the same time. So I was wondering, does that mean I should just work on the cardio and not do much with weight training? I know this is prob silly question but like I said, i'm new at this. Any thoughts or info on this would be greatly appreciated! :)

ah-well i had some crazy headaches for a bit and mood swings, but they do go- i wasnt too bad just a killer for those starbucks frappacinos-so its serving its purpose cutting it out! Mr 10 cups...lol
