How I Started:
Looking back, in the basement of my jr high. My old wrestling coach had some weights there that you could use instead of going to study hall.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get after a hard workout. Now that I've finally gotten back into grappling, I need to stay strong to stay on top of the competition.
How I Stay Motivated:
Consistency is my number one downfall, hopefully this will keep me moving along. But looking at my initial measurements here after a layoff, that's enough to keep me motivated right there.

I've just gotten back into grappling, and started to compete. Unfortunately I'm nowhere near the shape I need to be in, cardio wise or strength wise. I had cut down to 185 from 265, but I wasn't lifting and lost a lot of muscle. After getting laid off I pretty much didn't do anything for a few months and became a chubby 210. So my goal is to recomp my whole body and become a lean 205.

Well, I just took my initial measurements and holy crap I suck. I got greedy years back bulking and ended up a fat 265. I was happy with the strength I had, but I was not happy at all with my midsection. I started cutting like crazy, bottoming out at 185 lbs. I had lost a lot of weight,...
First off I put on my black wife beater and black beanie and matching black wind pants and matching black shoes. Then I put on my $650 pair of mirror tinted sunglasses. I walk into the gym like a man on a mission, staring down anyone stupid enough to dare look at me.
