How I Started:
In my senior year of high school, we got to have a choice what we did for gym class. One was weightlifting. A girl at my school was ripped, and a powerlifter. She was my start.
Why I Love It:
It feels so good, and all of the health benefits and the results.
How I Stay Motivated:
Keeping consistent and "talking" to others on boards like this.
BB Accomplishments:
I lost 30#, went from a size 14 jeans to size 4, and a size xl top to a size small. Both which are now baggy. :)
Hey how are you? We got off the diet for a little while, but had some serious reactions... we are back on it now though. ^_^ WITHDRAWALS! UGH!!! LOL!
How have you been?
I wish you much success in achieving your goals. If you push yourself maybe even a little out of your comfort zone you will be amazed at the changes your body will make and the speed at which they can occur. Use weights first, then cardio and all the while feed yourself 5 to 6 small, clean meals per day. I look forward to seeing you progress.

We had to go into the city yesterday (yes... I'm far from a big one) The nearest on to us is Springfield, MO. It was HORRIBLE trying to find a good place to eat, where we could actually "FIND" something to eat! LOL!!!
