I know i'm not what most people would consider "fat" here, but now I look back and realize that I was putting on weight and not willing to face the facts. Stats here: 151 lbs., 26.5% body fat.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
Clean eating, with the exception of my ketchup and sugar free syrup :)
Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I work with a personal trainer who actually keeps a file with all my workouts. I keep a general summary in a spreadsheet where I also track all my food intake and macro's.
Do you sometimes use a protein powder?

Currently working with a trainer 3 days per week for strength training. Goal for now is hypertrophy training in order to up my muscle mass, this will continue through the end of 2009. In January I will begin a 10 week cutting phase before the NPC show in March.
