How I Started:
I have been working out on and off for 20 years. I got more serious about it in 2006- got more consistent, increased intensity, and added cross-training.
Why I Love It:
I have never felt better than when I am regularly physically active.
How I Stay Motivated:
I focus on health over vanity. I participate in a variety of activities to keep it interesting: spinning, yoga, weight training, kickboxing, circuit training, kettlebells, jogging, and toning classes.
