when you look at your before photos and your new ones you can notice quite a drastic change, keep up the good work, persistence and determination are the keys and some good motivating music, cheesy rocky themes works, but most of all stay focused and surround yourself with positive vibes and blank the negative.
well done your on the right path to victory.

Hi Bluedog,Looking at you is like me looking in the mirror when I was 14 years old.You have takin the first step to a long and healty life by taking this first step.I went from a fat 178 lbs at 5ft 4in tall 14year old, shy, afraid of girls,to a confident lean and muscular 16 year old,and my whole world changed!!!DONT EVER GIVE UP YOU CAN DO IT!!! Go get em!!!
thanks for the add. keep it up, you are making progress. If you have any questions feel free to ask me, you dont look much different than i did at your age and i know what its like trying to start seriously working out and being healthy at 13. Seriously if you need anything i would love to help. i work in a gym and am a future personal trainer in the making.
I see you have made some progress great job!, but what is even more impressive is your shoulder measurements 52' you have a very solid frame and you can fill it out with muscle and be huge! GL buddy keep it up
My best advice to you is to get informed about fitness as much as you can. Read all about nutrition especially. Then you will be able to make better choices of what to eat at school and at home and what not to. Always do the best you can do. It may not be perfect but if you stick with it you will see results. Best of luck to you! You can do it! Keep in touch!

A great fitness program, even though you are quite young is the one from Body for Life. I lost over 50 lb’s and dropped my bodyfat from approx. 36% to 10% in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. It’s not super easy but still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. Challenge yourself and you will get where you want to be and the results will be well worth the effort. Give me a yell if you wish.
eyo you look like an eskimo version of me at 13, actually 12 years old I was 4'10" and 207lbs - i could barely stand up man, but since then I unhealthly (not starving but lived poor and couldnt really afford food) lost 60lbs, gained a bit back but time to lose it and bulk up, good luck though man
