When I Started:

How I Started:
I've always been athletic, in junior high and high school I ran track (800, 100M hurdles, 4X200) and I was in great shape. I've always been pretty small my normal weight was about 116lbs. I went to college and decided not to run in order to concentrate on my studies. I didn't gain the "Freshman 15" and was still pretty small because my roommates and I worked out together.
About 3 years ago, I decided to hire personal trainer to achieve some better results and was working out 3-5/week. However, shortly after I began my "transformation" I got a new job that required a lot of travel and my diet/workout routine went downhill. I was staying in corporate housing for months at a time in various cities and even though I tried to stay focus, the stress of being away from home made it impossible to stay on track!
For the 3 years I've been off/on with my diet. I now understand that my diet is very important to my "transformation".
I've struggled with emotional eating through the years and I am trying to take some control over my life...
Wish me luck!!
Why I Love It:

I'm not in this to compete, I'm not in this to have every muscle pop out, I'm not in this to be super cut, I'm not in this to yo-yo diet, I'm not in this to take a ton of supplements, I'm not in this to never eat a piece of cake again, I'm not in this to never drink a martini again...
I'm IN this for my health! I'm in this to eat fresh fruits/veggies, I'm in this to eat lean proteins, I'm in this to learn how to control my addiction to sugar, I'm in this to learn moderation, I'm in this to embrace my body-curves and all, I'm in this to put my health 1st!!!
Today will be first day with my new trainer...I'm excited to work hard and see results. Today, he will also give me my meal plan and I plan to hit the grocery store right after my session and prepare my meals for the week. I met another one of his clients the other day and she has lost 7lbs in...
Oh no! I am glad that you are better. Did it just come out of nowhere or did you gradually feel ill? I know it feels good to get back to it. Keep up the good work!
Of course the main thing is getting better first. Your immune system needs to be strong enough to put up with your workouts. You can still do things to help get in shape, like adhere to a diet high in nutrients to help rebuild your immune system, fresh fruit and veg..lean meats and low GI carbs. Plenty of fluids and think happy thoughts xx
I am honestly glad that you decided to get back at it and have renewed vigor. No it won't be easy but really, with a proper workout routine and a good nutrition program you will soon be realizing impressive changes. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) and I achieved our body transformations in just 12 weeks and I believe you can too. if you wish more info feel free to give me a yell.
I just dropped by to wish you success as you work towards your fitness goal. I believe that with your determination and desire you will be amazed at what can and will happen. I look forward to watching your progress. If there is ever anything that I can do to be of assistance feel free to give me a yell.
Hey girl THANKS! You will you will!! Just stay motivated and be patient! I took me about 9 months before I really started to see the changes only recently did I start seeing the definition in my back. Now I am trying to put on more muscle.
I was reading your latest body blogs. I see you doing H.I.I.T running. While H.I.I.T is strenuous to the body, doing it more then one time in the same day is really strenuous.
It's quite possible that you could be actually under eating. Yes, I said under eating. This can also stall your metabolism as well. Just something you may look into.
