How I Started:
started in my friends backyard on just bench, because he was doin it, an told me to max out. i maxed at 105, an my bro maxed at 110. so i started workin on it to beat him, and to impress my friend.
Why I Love It:
it makes me look good. an it helps me with sports
How I Stay Motivated:
i look in the mirror an tell my self "still not there yet" an it always makes me start lookin at what i need better an then i cant wait to go work on it so it gets bigger and stronger
BB Accomplishments:
i got up to 315 on bench my senior year in high school. at the time i weight 152 so i think it was a good acomplishment
