I started working out shortly after highschool. I was out on my own, working and with a lot of free time. I remember I was watching Pumping Iron and decided it was time to do something with all the free time I had. I havent stopped since.
Why I Love It:
Why I love it? I love the mood it puts me in after a good work out. I feel like I really did something to improve myself. Also the overall feeling of being healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by watching others. People that are in better shape. People that are working harder then me. They make me strive to be just as good or better.
BB Accomplishments:
NPC Continental USA Bodybuilding and Figure Championships. 5th place Novice men light weight.
I have always loved bodybuilding. Arnold was my childhood hero. Ive always strived to have the best body I can have. I am trying to increase lean mass and have an overall total package.

I want to LOSE 15 lb

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Some times I watch Pumping Iron with Arnold. If that does not make you want to hit the weights. Most of the time I just look in the mirrior and see all my faults. Thats motivation enough!
Right now Im sitting at work bored out of my mind. Im just thinking about the week ahead. Diet, cardio, lifting. All I can think about is this contest in Oct. Im even having crazy dreams about it. This week I am planning to do 4 days of 40min cardio with two days of HIIT. Im going to keep...
This worked out for me for my first contest i would sprint for 1 minute then fasted past walk for 1 minute keeping my heart rate at about 155bpm, i was at 220lbs and sheded 50 lbs in 4 months will keeping most of my mass along with that i was using the cut diet
