I want to focus on creating great habits and removing bad. To crave a clean diet and feel bad when i miss that workout. To have the energy that I had as a child :) To be healthy and fit.
I need to focus on my different aspects of my health . I am starting with cardiovascular health, reducing bodyfat and toning muscle. Other focuses will be flexibility, keeping my systems clean by eating clean, adding appropriate supplements etc.
My August 2008 Weight Goal is 120-24 lbs and 20% BF with a workout ADDICTION :)

Yeah, I mean dont getme wrong it will be hard and some time or another you might cry but therace is slow I am sure you have heard many times. Read as much as you can on this site and you will learn tons...keep me updated, if it helps you dont have that far to go you look great now.
