Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): To get to 20% BF by August 2008.
Goal (Long): I want to focus on creating great habits and removing bad. To crave a clean diet and feel bad when i miss that workout. To have the energy that I had as a child :) To be healthy and fit. I need to focus on my different aspects of my health . I am starting with cardiovascular health, reducing bodyfat and toning muscle. Other focuses will be flexibility, keeping my systems clean by eating clean, adding appropriate supplements etc. My August 2008 Weight Goal is 120-24 lbs and 20% BF with a workout ADDICTION :)

First I did my first podfitness workout on the recumbent bike and worked a pretty good sweat. Then my weigh in. My weight was 149. Last gym weigh in was about 143. The breakdown wasn't bad. I gained 6 lbs of muscle. The problem is the fat isn't budging much. My body fat was down about 2% but I...

Hey you, like the peps on your site already have told you .. you got this. Yeah, I mean dont getme wrong it will be hard and some time or another you might cry but therace is slow I am sure you have heard many times. Read as much as you can on this site and you will learn tons...keep me updated, if it helps you dont have that far to go you look great now.

hey! good luck to you! Just dont give up. My first 6 weeks were SO hard and it took me that long to get the sugar, fat and carb cravings out of my system- and start to see progress. But it WILL happen!
