I would give the Cissus a shot. I used Animal Flex before but didn't see any results. Animal flex appears to have good ingredients but they list them all in unspecified amounts so you don't know how much of what your getting. The Cissus has been the only joint product to help me.
Sorry to hear about the shoulder, I know how frustrating that must be! Sounds like your on a good supplement regimen. You have the right idea by taking it easy on it for a while. You could still do some ligght exercise for it as long as it doesnt cause you pain. I try not to take advil or tylenol. They relieve pain by reducing prostaglandins in the body which are hormones that activate the healing and recovery process.
