New goal... to be under 300 pounds for the Arnold and to run in the 5K run there!
Goal (Long):
I am really sick and tired of seeing my stomach hang in front of me, and the feeling that I am so weak for a guy my size!
I want to build strength and power and finally get rid of this stomach for good. I need this so much! I want to feel good about myself for the first time in my life!
So many see the change I have made for myself so far, but I want to feel like I have made a big change and I want people to see me and get inspired and help motivate them to be the best they can be.
As much as people tell me I am a good motivator, I don't feel it works if they are in better shape than I am, just doesnt work for me for this fat 300 pounder, trying to motivate an already buff man or woman.
I want to feel like I have made a difference in people's lives and not just a part of the background.
Carla has always been a very positive influence on me. Even through my darkest days she has taken the time out of her busy schedule to make me feel like anything can be accomplished. Thank you so much for everything Carla.

I HAD AN OLD BUDDY TRAINER AT GOLD'S WHO TOLD ME A LONG TIME AGO DOING ANYTHING WITH GRAVITY HELPS YOU SHED THOSE POUNDS OFF.DOING INTERVAL TRAINING ON THE TREADMILL,STAIRCLIMBING STEP UPS, ETC... ANYTHING YOU HAVING TO DO WITH GOING UPWARDS IN WORKOUTS WILL HELP YOU ACHIEVE YOUR WEIGHT LOSS.. NOW IVE GOT TO RUN.BUT IM HERE IF YOU NEED MORE ADVICE... TAKE CARE... AND KEEP IT UP:)

P.S THE FORMULA FOR WATER INTAKE I LOOKED IT UP..ITS HOW MUCH YOU WEIGH.. TAKE YOUR WEIGHT DIVIDE IT BY 2 THEN THAT'S WHAT YOU SHOULD TAKE IN.. LIKE IM 64 SO FOR ME ITS 3 AND 1/2 PINTS TO = 64 OUNCES OF WATER DAILY... I DONT DO THE GALLON BECAUSE THE RULE IS THAT YOUR BODY WEIGHT IS EQUAL THE WATER INTAKE YOU SHOULD INPUT DAILY... JUST FOR FYI....:)

You never know! When I had weight myself on boxing day I was 182. I was sure I would pack on more. Thats why I said my goal was to lose two. Then I weight myself after to see how much the damage actually was and i was 178. Nice surprise.
fair enough! I though I had, especially when we went to disney. All they had was junk food. But I guess because I try to only eat went I am hungry and I had walked a lot those two days it helped. When does the next one start officially?
