I am really sick and tired of seeing my stomach hang in front of me, and the feeling that I am so weak for a guy my size! I want to build strength and power and finally get rid of this stomach for good. I need this so much! I want to feel good about myself for the first time in my life! So many see the change I have made for myself so far, but I want to feel like I have made a big change and I want people to see me and get inspired and help motivate them to be the best they can be. As much as people tell me I am a good motivator, I don't feel it works if they are in better shape than I am, just doesnt work for me for this fat 300 pounder, trying to motivate an already buff man or woman. I want to feel like I have made a difference in people's lives and not just a part of the background.

 On Tuesday, I went to see the doctor for my results of the bloodwork I had done as part of my annual physical.  For the most part everything was fine, but the result of one test came back that I do have a risk of heart disease in the near future, even though my cholsterol levels are good,...
