OBF contest begins September 27, 2009 ---
until December 20th. Time to melt the fat right off.
Goal (Long):
I am really sick and tired of seeing my stomach hang in front of me, and the feeling that I am so weak for a guy my size!
I want to build strength and power and finally get rid of this stomach for good. I need this so much! I want to feel good about myself for the first time in my life!
So many see the change I have made for myself so far, but I want to feel like I have made a big change and I want people to see me and get inspired and help motivate them to be the best they can be.
As much as people tell me I am a good motivator, I don't feel it works if they are in better shape than I am, just doesnt work for me for this fat 300 pounder, trying to motivate an already buff man or woman.
I want to feel like I have made a difference in people's lives and not just a part of the background.
I have known Tiff for awhile. From the early struggles being overwight to now bing close to stepping on stage! She is an amazing woman with great strength of body and mind.

Thanks brian i am doing ok diet went a bit dodgy last few days but have felt a bit down a food does pick you up. Hope you are well and training is going good for you.?
I believe it is the time of year that lends itself to that. I sometimes have difficulty so I can only imagine. Stay focused on what makes you happy. That is not selfish at all. It will keep your mind going in the right direction. Know that I am with you when things are rough. I will send up some extra thoughts for you. xoxox
