My friend wanted to lose weight and so did I at the time. I was about 10-15lbs overweight and we both decided to start working out. When I started I was about 175lbs. I dropped the weight and got down to about 160lbs. I then started to lift weights and build muscle at the same time. I saw my physique change, people gave me nice compliments on how I looked and I felt more alive and healther as well. Not only that but I saw that weight lifting benefited me in football and basketball as I got stronger bigger, faster and my vertical leap increased as well with my explosiveness! I just loved the results I saw. Got hooked ever since
Why I Love It:
Its nice having muscle and seeing gains and results. Makes you appreciate all that hard work your putting into it is turning out into something and its paying off. Building muscle isn't easy or fast either, you need devotion, commitment, dedication and patience as well. Bodybuilding is something teaches you more about living healthier, self discipline and you learn more about who you really are by building character in a way. It has only made my life more positive if anything, kept me out of trouble, introduced me to some great new friends and got me back into school education again and my grades were doing well because I was confident.
How I Stay Motivated:
Never giving up. Telling my self quitting is for losers! I've already made it this far, I can keep going at it! Thinking about in my head an opponnet who could be challenging you, while he's working out, hes getting better staying one step ahead of you, can't let that happen right? Still gotta put in work and take care of business! Like I always say, staying one step ahead of the game, preparing yourself for whatever challenges come up next.
BB Accomplishments:
Chest, Biceps, Abs, Back, Triceps, Calfs, Quads, Gluts. Eventually complete full body
Improve my physique, get stronger and make good size gains for muscle.
Goal (Long):
Get bigger arms, Get bigger chest, Build a six pack and I want to get my trapz bigger too. Pretty much just get bigger all around, add more muscle, get more defined. Any advice for that guys?
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal:

Thanks man! I'm really hoping I do better in the long run. None the less you got me interested in those two powders. Should I mix with my protein? Ill try one out on my next order.
um leg exstentions worked really good 20 reps hella fast , ankle flicks ( thats where you flick your ankles when you jump , just do that over and over, of course calve raises, um i havent squated much so i dont know what gain that will bring , but just jumping everyday will extremely help , and lol i dont think ima freak of nature , but i am dedicated
Nah i didnt always have a 40 inch , i started off with a 28 inch vertical , then i did jumpsoles for a summer came back my freshman vacation and dunked at 5,9 , then worked out that whole year , it was mostly pylometrics though , high intensity workouts seem to really help , from your pic it looks like you could get hops easy since your core is already built lol i was a stick when i started, but yeah just hard work , i plan to have a 47 by the end of my senior year
it helped with mass deffently not as much as i would hope but def could tell the difference if you wanna gain some great mass i would deffently try methyl 1-d made by LG Sciences it gave great gains
