When I Started:
How I Started:
I started weightlifting with my husband as a way for us to spend time together. I loved how much healthier my body started to look after just a month. Haven't been able to go too long without a workout without feeling like sludge.
Why I Love It:
I love the pump. I've trained for a half marathon but I didn't enjoy the light lifting I had to do. I have to train heavy or it just feels like a waste of time.
How I Stay Motivated:
Tons of pics. As long as I can see someone else who has gone through the same process I'm going through I feel the need to keep pushing for it.

Goal (Long):
I'd love to be able to do a figure show by next year and someday a fitness or tri-fitness competition. I need to gain muscle mass everywhere. Just found out I'm pregnant so I'm trying to maintain current muscle mass and limit the amount of weight gain during pregnancy so I can bounce back into my training as soon as possible.

Ok so it's been a while since I posted any progress. I have still be working out. My upper body is looking pretty decent. I still want some more volume in my back but that is getting better. I have been slacking on the lower body training so I'm really trying to get myself to suck it...
