Im a Mom to 6 children ages 15,13,11,10,7 and 1 yr..Yes all single births.. I have never really worked out other than the occasional yoga or aerobics tapes I threw in the VCR...I finally started to work out in the gym last year about one month before I found out I was pregnant.. I continued to work out 3 to 6 days a week up till my 37th week... I had a C-Section being my little girl was breech and so had to wait longer than I wanted to jump back in the swing of things... I lost the 25lbs I gained within 4 weeks and am 10 lbs lighter than I was before... I am focusing on getting tight and toned and increasing my gains in weight training! Love busting my own butt in the gym and envision myself on the stage for inspiration.
Why I Love It:
Love feeling in control! Want to create a body that is healthy and want to show a powerful strong body that I feel confident in!..Confidence and muscles is a sexy combination in my eyes! I make it a priority to reserve a 2 hour time slot in our day 5-6 days a week to train..NO EXCUSES!
How I Stay Motivated:
Having my man encourage me on my down days and a mirror that says don't even think of giving up...We make it a priority to have 2 hours a day for just him and I...We love working out as a team ..We are best friends and encourage and support each others goals... Take One day at a time and stay strong with each passing one! Don't wait, Create!!
BB Accomplishments:
Maintaining my muscles through my pregnancy and being even stronger postpartum! Losing all my Baby weight gain in the first 6 weeks and looking better than before ALL my kids were born!! 1/21/2009 update.. Proud that these legs finally lifting entire stack on leg extension machine!

Goal (Long):
Want to show other women, especially Moms out there, that you are what holds the destiny of your body... Having babies can take our bodies away from us but we can get it back to even better than it was before our babies if we make a Goal, Be Consistent and Stay Strong!
Great Santa Pic Ali!! We got 20+ inches of snow this weekend. Got Tris, Shoulders, chest, legs, back, and abs workout while shoveling for 7 hours over the span of the weekend...LOL!!! Hope all is well with you. Have a Wonderful Christmas!! Cheers, Bryan
