A police officer friend of mine introduced me to this website. After browsing through the progress pictures of various people and seeing how quickly their bodies changed, I was motivated!
Why I Love It:

I just began my dream career as a police officer and BARELY passed my physical fitness test. I REFUSE to be one of those cops who lets my physical fitness go down the tubes over the years! I want to be strong enough to survive on the streets and be able to back up my partners when the sh*t hits the fan! For vanity's sake... yea, I wanna look damned good in a bikini. I've never felt that confidence before. There's no time like the present!!

Results don't happen immediately. But when they do, if you stick to it, they happen fast. Have Faith and be patient and persistent.
