I didn't like the way that I looked. So I thought that I should do something about it! My husband and I began working out together and eating a lot healthier. I still have more to go but hopefully I will get the body that I want.
Why I Love It:
Working out is a great stress reliever for me. It is also gives me more energy throughout the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
My husband helps me stay motivated. He compliments me on how much better I look. That makes me want to look better and try harder.

Throughout my school years I was always thin. Now that I am married and have two beautiful kids I have gained some weight. I want to have awesome abs, legs etc.....ok I want to look awesome all over!!
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I like having my husband as my workout partner because we push each other. We are both competitive. The benefits for me are that I achieve a better workout and he helps me with my workouts.

Do you tell your friends and/or family about your fitness goals?
Yes
Why or why not?
I tell them because I would love for them to join me and become healthier.
Yeah it is hard but I still manage to get in a few good workouts. I'm actually pretty sore in the legs and butt today, good workout yesterday. I still continue doing the crossfit style workouts... I'm addicted what can I say?!
Hey BC! how you been lately? Your lookin great as always. I'm just in the middle of deployment training while still trying to workout... its a pain but I'm getting some in.
