I have trained in Martial Arts for the past fourteen years. I'm now trying to add muscle to my current physqiue to enchance my martial arts capabilities.
Why I Love It:
I like to keep my body lean and clean after abusing it for two years at university!
How I Stay Motivated:
I am in the process of applying for officer position in the Royal Navy so I need to be on top of my game so that I pass the physical with flying colours.

I have been doing martial arts for 17 years now. So I know exactly where you are coming from. Walk into my house sometime ... walk down the corridor and all you will see is Bruce Lee on the walls - gotta love it ;)
Things are ok, the States were pretty good. I have been working with the same back injury here but working it out. My partner is going to Thailand in October or November I think for a month to train, he is a good kid and will be in the UFC soon. I hope your healthy soon.
