I'm going to try. I am moving to the Sequoia NP for a new job w/ the park and supposed to start on the 19th. I would like to at least catch the prejudging if I can. If I find out I am not starting on the 19th (background investigation pending) then I will for sure be there for the whole thing. Would love to support Dianna. It's been great chatting w/ her online and gettting to know her. I'm sure she told you she attended the Chico show.

wow! thanks so much for the comments. you make a great pt. yea, been biking a lot and doing additional cardio w/ my boot camp that i teach. it's fun. push them and myself. light on the weights and at least two hard cardios a day right now. get back to regular cardio (one intense one a day) and regular lifting schedule next week i think.

so how are you now??? I will be moving the day after your show (like literally) so I thought I would make the show on my way out of town. Can't wait to see you. I hope I can offer as much support for you as you have for me. I really hope we can keep in touch

wine and beer that is. it's hard right now because I don't have any boundaries and scared to put on weight, but loving the indulgences. caught in the middle of it I tell ya. Next week, back on a nice diet and work out. this week ??????? no boundaries. but yea, I'm starting a new job and there will be no time or room in my attitude for carb cutting. the life of competitive bodybuilding is over for me. unless i make a come back 15 or so years from now - lol

it was nice to hang w/ you two as well-outside the gym. I am very fortunate to have you all for support and pleased to enjoy the after party w/ me. It was a great night and yes lots of partying. thanks so much for being there and glad that it has inspired you to get to your goals. you are w/in the journey.

First last saturday and first and overall on May 9th. Now I am settled and DONE - D - O - N - E!!! No more competing, but still on w/ a healthy lifestyle. with beers included....

Thanks soooo much for being part of the support group!!! so happy to have you there. We had a great time the rest of the night and I managed to only have 3 drinks. Not bad, sure feel it today. Hope you got your shopping done. See you both very soon. Think about the Boot Camp.

i'm ready to quit too! this is getting ridiculous. but that would be like dropping out of high school the last week. I am sooo cranky. can't wait to hit the protein days (meat week). my body seems to do better - energy wise - during that time. I just burns fat for energy and gives me more of it, therefore.

Well that's good to hear that you are still pushing forward. I've been through that too-told myself 'shit or get off the pot!!' and I did; therefore commitment took place. The scale got frustrating for me-I was putting on weight, but not fat; decided to go w/ mirror. Began to forget about the numbers and I think I'm like 14% now. But if it works then let it

I could tell you were working hard. And on the machines too! I never see people work as hard as you do on machines. YOU GO GIRL!! I am excited to have you both there. I appreciate the support, but most important, you will experience a show! See you soon.

No not far and still doing great! You should show pics for progress though. There will always be that. I like to think of it as 'bulking' rather than going backwards. LOL It works though. My experience has been that my body responds BETTER the second time around. I got leaner!

Just remember: it's not life or death. I isn't easy, but it doesn't have to be misery and an ending to all life. Off track from training and dieting is just an excuse to get back at it and feel good about doing so. See you again soon I hope. :-'). You are doing great and looking wonderful!!! Keep it up!

Awww, you're sweet. Well if GV doesn't get to happen (for some reason) I will show; otherwise I'll be working anyway. Sept. too? Good. Maybe catch you then. But see you in two weeks maybe too. So are you back on track to reach those goals? No new pics of you.

Awesome!!! Would love to meet you. There are several people from the community going to support me. Night show starts at 6pm and then ????? don't know what after. Would like to come back to Paradise and depending on how late it is, maybe hit the Canteena. Or a get together at my house or someone elses. I'm not sure.

Well I'm sure she'll set you up w/ a plan while she's out anyway. At least you had fun camping right? I had a roudy weekend. One that a personal trainer would never approve of. Especially 3 weeks out???? hehhehee, I sure had funnnnn thoughhhhh!!

I would never give up my lifting routine. It is part of who I am. I am sure you understand. Especially if you back at it a second time. I usually see those that train/compete once then quit all together. But yea, I love working out. I am however having probs w/ my pecs/shoulders and can't press more than the 20's right now :( :( Hope it changes next week. Do you think you would come watch the chico show?

I think it will be the last, last show I do. I can't see trying to obtain a good job in a dispatch setting while dieting so strictly.
