How I Started:
A few years back when I was playing rugby league I was going to the gym 3 days a week. I got lazy, quit sport and gym for studies and work and got totally out of shape! Late last year I woke up to myself and decided I wanted to change what I had become
Why I Love It:
It makes you feel good and the long term goal of losing weight and looking good
How I Stay Motivated:
My friends and family help with positive comments. Also constantly seeing myself in the mirror and reminding why I want to change my body

I have always been overweight but the last couple of years I have really packed on the pounds so I want to shed the kilos and bulk up the muscle so I can be good at sport again.
