Ya know..I weighted only 3-4 pounds less than I did in Iraq in this pic, but I look so much different. Yay for healthy eating and less stress.

I remember doing this when I was bodybuilding to make my legs look sleek and cool. Too bad it doesn't add muscle too

My biceps are ok, i'm like 155-160 lbs here and when I was bodybuilding my contest weight was 151 so I'm fairly close and cut from running and stuff.
