Thanks - it'll be a slower race for me since I injured my knee on the 1st but it'll be a nice run.

Happy new year to ya too. U gotta let me know the when's and where's of your pro debut. I am still training up for my 1/2 marathon on Feb 15th. Been doing more distance/endurance stuff. I've dropped like 20lbs (as if that were possible). I'm also taking boxing and hitting the weights 2 times a week for muscle maintenance. You look awesome as ever...and the best part about THAT is I know you're more beautiful on the inside than the outside - be blessed my friend!!

Otiz15 you're exactly right I owe yall an update on my progress pics...since i've been running like over 25 miles a week though my lower body may be a bit on the skinny side...we'll see. I'll update my progress pics soon.

Be careful out there and set some realistic physical goals - I had a hard time keeping my fat off cause of stress and the place I lived...so make sure you're not pushing yourself too hard - its more important to stay mission focused.

trainings pretty good, not consistent enough for me...and i'm apprehensive about thanksgiving, lol...don't want to over eat and such...
