Well have u seen how skinny I used to be?? I had to do something about it!!
Why I Love It:
I just love to look and feel strong, eating healthy, the ladies eyes on me when I'm in the gym! lol No lie if women only knew how much heavier I lift if I see that their watchin!! ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
Well I used to be very skinny so that always motivational... of course the looks and the comments from the ladies is also very motivational. The look of admiration in the kids eyes also helps. I'm not that big yet but I'm not that far either! ;)
BB Accomplishments:
At the beginning of the year I use to struggle with just 135lbs on bench press lol Now I'm strugglin with 225lbs. << Nothing impressive but I've made major progess.

Taken at the beginning of the year... 6'1" and only 146lbs. Its almost unbelieveable to see myself like that!
This is more like it... in this pic I'm 177lbs. I still want to get to 210 lbs. Maybe by the end of the year!! ;)

Goal (Long):
As I've already said I'd like to gain more muscle. And I think I've figured out the secret to getting bigger... you've got to put the fear of God into your muscles so that they say "oh shit, what the hell is he trying to do to me... I'd better get bigger" lol I managed to put on quite a bit of weight with barely any fat gain so once I reach the size I want I'd like to focus on powerlifting!

Ha ha, well there are about a handful of women who go to my gym for more than just social hour but not many :) hope your training is going well and you have a great weekend :)
