Started working out with some friends in Iraq.

Working out is a great stress from work and life. I enjoy seeing the changes in my body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by writing out my work outs and keeping my ipod filled with the latest music.

Some of my accoplishments are being able to bench over 300lbs and squating over 400lbs.

Waiting for that pic on Monday! This week was just terrible for me...I was really sick and diet was out of control! Trying to get back on track!
