hey lady its check in thursday! how did your week go? I hit the gym five days this week. I feel like i am down a pound. but next week i go on vacation. i will try to maintain my weight but its hard when eating out. i will keep you posted. btw where are ur progress pics?

I was half way good this week. I went to the gym 3 times but 2 of my workouts were mediocre at best. My diet was a bit unbalanced on thur. i had a candy bar as lunch. I almost never do that! things are looking up for the weekend though. I have been drinking plenty of liquids

my muscles are compact as you can see but its hiding under a lots of bodyfat. right now i am just cutting so a show would be in the far future. What diet do you suggest for losing body fat

in a word "motivation". thats the key to this whole thing. Freshman 30 could be "freshmeat" by the end of the semester if you stay focused. you could really be a bombshell girl!
