ask a professional before doing anything it does look easy but if you get injured suddenly then you want to call a pro

For a back workout I always try to incorporate Chin-Ups, T-Bar Rows, Lat Pull-Downs, Upright Rows, and Bent-Over Reverse Flys. I also do the stiff-legged deadlifts on leg day but those are awesome for the back.
