Keep up the good work. You may not see a difference right now with the progress pics but the scales are letting you know you are heading in the right direction.
For a back workout I always try to incorporate Chin-Ups, T-Bar Rows, Lat Pull-Downs, Upright Rows, and Bent-Over Reverse Flys. I also do the stiff-legged deadlifts on leg day but those are awesome for the back.
