Hey Crystal, Hope your knee gets better real soon. I am 5 months post-op ACL reconstruction and a journey it has been. You asked about cardio...the recumbent bicycle is pretty forgiving. Oh...and the rowing machine - also cardio. Get Well Soon! --Dawn Melanie
