What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder, had problems for a long while. Finally pain free for the most part low that i've built up strength and improved mobility and joint health. What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
ego (trying to use too much weight) and poor form.
Hey Ron, I had originally planned on taking the entire year off.....almost talked myself into doing the Yorton about a month ago....but...backed off of the cardio.....too many ailments now and just need to let my body heal some....I will be in attendance though. Good Luck at the show, not that you need it as you are always peeled.
Ron, thanks for stopping by and the add. You have an a truly ageless physique. Very muscular with great leanness and shape. Definitely proof that the 40s is not a roadblock to being our best! Injury free...that is the secret to long term success!
I do plan on doing the Yorton this year. I'm entering two contest prior to the Yorton: Dover and Pittsburgh. I should be ready to go by November. Are you entering the Yorton?
