Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder, had problems for a long while. Finally pain free for the most part low that i've built up strength and improved mobility and joint health. Low back, most likely pinched nerve or compressed ...more

Hey buddy!!! lets see.. posing, posing and more posing add size to shoulders and chest... will stick to the lightweights- it felt good at that weight- maybe come in a few pounds heavier. How have you been - whats good and new?
