Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Shoulder, had problems for a long while. Finally pain free for the most part low that i've built up strength and improved mobility and joint health. Low back, most likely pinched nerve or compressed ...more

im headed down on saturday...are you gonna be there? i put protan on usually the thursday before the contest...and then dream on top of that on saturday. but i bought muscle juice for saturday since dream aint allowed now. if i look like you do in your main pic, im guaranteed a win..right now i just dont know.

no and it makes me nervous- there is a smaller show i found coming up in cincinnati end of june i am gonna check out and one in evansville around the same time i wanna hit too....still so far off and i am already freking out -LOL

as ready as im'on be...LOL. its been a tough haul. a balancing act for sure. trying not to do anything to get re-injure, but also hit what i need to hit. im still in physical therapy. one session tomorrow. skipping the other for the week. its showtime! hey they wont let us use dream, do you know of an alternative. im already using protan, and bought muscle juice for backup

hey ron, yes it was a close call btwn myself and luthor but his muscle maturity was too much for me to overcome--i guess. the middle weight class was one of the toughest i was ever in. the extra 3 lbs of fat i lost over the week really helped edge some good guys out. my legs finally came it too. well more like, they recovered. we will be taking a year off and go for it all up at the soa.
