How I Started:
Picking up a "Muscle and Fitness" magazine way back when. Since then I know have moved to FLEX and I own well over 50 of them.
Why I Love It:
Watching my body change and the sport of it all.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror never lies. Society motivates me... If I see someone that is obese or even fit... It makes me want to work harder to either not become that (obese) or strive to be that (more fit).
BB Accomplishments:
Back in high school I weighted in at 244lb with no muscle definition. Now I'm at a much healthier 200lbs and I have muscle definition throughout my body. I'm not where I ultimately want to be, but I'm a lot closer than before.
I would like to lose fat around my mid-section and add more muscle to my chest especially. I am able to go to my campus' gym for free everyday of the week so there is no excuse for not working out.. I need assistance as to which exercises will help me gain the most and which work the best in a short amount of time.
hey man try looking for the pre cooked meat in the deli are. for like 5.00 you can get alomost 2 pounds of grilled chicken or steak. eat as normal up in the day and clean it up some at the end of the day you so not packing on the fat as you sleep
