Ok,I've been gone for while, and well,no I havent been working out with weights...why??Well I have lost some of my genetics traits, such as my big butt and a lil bit of hips I had,,,ALSO...I already had big quads...so even a little bit of weight trainging would make them bigger,,,,I dont...
Well I found your page and i must say I'm impressed with your passion on being healthy ....bye the way you looked gorgeous last night at your place of work LOL!!! i hope to hear from you soon ALSO!!! i have some questions on some good abs work outs maybe you can guide me a bit .... loved the whole youtube thing !!! talk to you later - Ruben - e mail me ADIOS
So you don't want to develope a jacked up, hyperplump superhero physique? That's weird. I can't imagine anyone actyually training to attain a normal look.
You'll have to enlighten me to that philosophy because I'm not aware of what "too much muscle" is. Haha. With your bodytype, true you may be able to gain weight easily, but you will only gain weight in the right places if your diet is decent. Building more muscle doesn't mean your waist and upper body will become bloated and nonfeminine. I believe is perpetual improvement. You seem to be already very satisfied with your body and all you want is to slim down a bit.
Calesthenics was designed to deflate muscle and fat bulk and provide a way for athletes to slim up and become extra quick. Cardio targets slow twitch fibers and burns fat but if you don't work your fast twitch muscle tissues, the muscle that gives you your curves, your curves will melt away.
If you quit weight training you willlose curves and your muscles will flatten. Cardio and calesthenics reduce muscle shape and size and will make you lose thickness. You need to lift heavy every week.
I wish you all the best with your new lifestyle....in time you may learn that you may need to leave that environment to make it stick...AND to have real curves...you MUST weight train. That is a fact. I wish you all the best! Ava:)
