Food!
This varies from day to day, depending on my mood, but this is my most common meal plan.
Breakfast:
Oatmeal with berries or sliced banana. Topped with flax seed and almond milk.
Side of almonds or fruit.
Lunch:
Black bean/veggie burger. Topped with tomato, onion and lettuce. Sometimes with avocado.
Side of steam vegetables or salad with no dressing.
Dinner:
Usually about the same thing as lunch. Sometimes with shrimp or salmon instead of a veggie burger.
Snacks (in between every meal. Let's be real, whenever I'm hungry - which is always!):
Fruit
Unsweetened applesauce
Rice cakes (although this will probably stop, due to the fact I saw on here that they have a low GI)
PB2 peanut butter on EVERYTHING! I love PB2. Usually with apples or celery.
Avocados
Black olives
Liquids:
I currently drink way too much diet soda and not nearly enough water. I'd like to cut back on artificial sweeteners, eventually.
