I usually add 1 capsule to my BCAA/ e-load drink that I drink during my workout but have 2 caps with 100-200mg caffeine and 2g tyrosine just before my workout.
I was taking Pro Gainer by the company NOW. It was great stuff. I gained maybe 8 lbs. which is a long way from what I wanted but its time to cut again. Oh yeah that stuff taste great too!
nothing to criticize brother, your right on, stick toit, i wish icould see how yourworkout goes to help, if your ever in tampa or brandon fl , let me know-david
well, i used melting point during my immediate post-contest bulking phase to see how it would minimize fat gains. i did stay lean, but then again, i've been off it for a while now and i'm still only 6.6% BF so I dont know how much that played into it. as for cutting, couldnt say, havent used it their. based on your profile pic, you are far away from a cut anytime soon. eat to grow bro!
no, just one time a day with it like that, then hit the weights then eat perfect, you dont have to change anything , just the portion size, hit me up with your diet -david
easy question thati know about finally ,lol, treadmill walking is alli do for cuttin down a couple percent of bodyfat, everyday 2times aday for 20 min a pop at 4.5 mph, try it man and give me a shout-david
your already there man, but i unlike every other person would cut down from where you are, the more cuts the bigger you look, its how big you look not how big you are-david its all an illusion
hey thanks for the comment...to be honest...i have a big frame, short guy but big frame and that made it easier for me. I have to concentrate more on loosing fat more then gaining muscle. You look like a hard gainer soo i know its going to be harder for you, but keep up the hard work, it pays off.
Yeah, you've gotta adjust everything weekly while you're dieting down. Mainly carbs and fats, and cutting calories to keep the weight slowly dropping. Those fat burners help but the only one I really trust is hot rox extreme.
