How I Started:
Athleticism is one mountain in my life I never climbed for a number of reasons: Fear of failure, Fear of change Anxiety of possible embarrassment, Personal shame of weakness, Pressure of expectation, and more. Whatever it was, I was letting it stop me from reaching my goals.
Well I decided to stop causing myself to fail... and start proving to myself, and those who doubted me, what I can do.
Why I Love It:
How I Stay Motivated:
If I told you the main way I stay motivated, it wouldn't be fun anymore

i am working on a couple goals right now
and yeah you do got to start somewhere
and i started with the dumbells too
cause i couldnt even bench the 45 bar
but in general i prefer dumbells because
you more range of motion and get alittle more of a sretch then with a bar
keep at it
