How I Started:
I have been on and off of working out for the past couple of years, but had no commitment or drive to keep it going. I have been reading things about lifting and also have a friend who is starting to do bodybuilding, so I thought I would try to keep it going this time.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me healthy and will also help in my career in law enforcement.
How I Stay Motivated:
Listening to music, looking in the mirror and taking pictures to see progress and also setting goals.

Hey blick....All I'm taking is protein powder. I think Matrix is the best, but a little pricey, but it tastes awesome. If you want to gain some size you always try creatine. Gaspari's sizeon is the best, IMO.
