Why I Love It:
The results and feeling after the workout. I love the Rush, I want to live healthy and see my little girl have her own children!
How I Stay Motivated:
I keep looking into the mirror and I am liking what I am seeing. But, most of all I have to do is look at my little girl and I know I want to be around when she has her own kids!
BB Accomplishments:
we here is an update! I am only 20 lbds from my goal weight of 275. Comeing from 478 lbs this is a huge thing for me!

I came in at 468 lbs and as you can see the little one next to me is growing up and I want to be around when she gets older.
Well I made it and I only wanted to die once! At the end of the class I felt like I just climbed Camelback mountain!!! I know now that I will enjoy this class and will keep going twice a week. If you don't hear from me in the next few weeks that means I have passed and they left me on...
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday's are upper body days and Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday's are lower body days. I start off the workout with 15 min of cardio, usually stationary bike. I work out on a heavy bag in the am before work and at night before bed.

I thought it was allergies, but it's gotten worse over the past few days and kept me up all last night. Not a happy camper this morning. Six Flags is always fun! HUGE roller coaster fan myself! Have a blast!
