Motivation comes in many forms. I worked out for years with no set goals. Got really big and then cut it all getting small.
The 2013 Transformation Challenge is going to keep me motivated to reach my fittness goal. Also a app called GymPact is going to keep me going. Keeping my self accountable for my goals well help sustain a longer better body I can admire for years to come.

Just want to have an active life style. To be in such great shape that i would be able to do what ever i wanted. Run a marathon or go on a long hike.
blgerard I still have a lot of workouts to log, but just up dated my stats. Happy with them. Added inches where i wanted them and lost in key areas..
