How I Started:
I got started in grade school when I was playing football. I also used to read Muscle and fitness magazine and knew I wanted to look like that too.
Why I Love It:
I love the rush, and feeling it gives me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results is great but also after I work out I don't feel like I'm just wasting away.
