How I Started:
i checked out a whole bunch of gyms about 2 years ago but never had anyone else keen to join with me and i was pretty intimidated and didn't wanna join by myself. But now finally i just thought i need to do this and its now or never...
Why I Love It:
It gives me a rush and gives me confidence even though i am so far from my goal and am still skinny. I love keeping stats and knowing how i have improved. It gives me more time to get out of the house and do something different than normal everyday life.
How I Stay Motivated:
Listen to heavy music, i cancel out the crap my brain is telling me by just doing it instead of waiting for 10min looking at the weight on the bar, always write down when i have added weight even if its just cause i have drunk 6L of water lol. Pretend there is a gun pointed at my head or that i will get $1mil after a set
