well at my current job i had to do some lifting and carring of heavy wood and i was really weak so i decided to lift weights and work out to make my job a lot easier
Why I Love It:
the feeling u get from working out is like not other u feel like u could do any thing....the next day after a work out u feel so better and well rested well at least i do.....i have gained so much confidence from lifting weight because i have lost weight and look better and it is fun to go to the gym and hit the weight.....i have made new friends doing it and its life for me ....
How I Stay Motivated:
i think bout the gains i make and the end results......their is no end to the sport of bodybuilding it is a sport like no other and it ends when u die......cause it is a life time sport so i think bout that its not like other sport where u retire and not lift any more so that is one reason.....and my gurl like the way my chest looks and my arms so the bigger the better
BB Accomplishments:
compete in a competition have not done it but hope to do it.....some day

id stick to alot of really clean meats like fish/chicken and for carbs prob like brown rice/sweet potatos/vegtables just try 2 stay with those foods the most, and you should be fine and i wouldnt eat after a certain time at nite depending on when u go 2 sleep
yea being only 19 kinda sucks im gunna be 20 in april but oh well gives me more time ta grow keep up the work! if u need help on any goals ask away im a nutrition consultant and pt i went school for 8 months for it
