What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
Dont go on the fourms looking for workouts and diets just eat more its easy add a little more to your plate eat more snacks a few bowls or poradge between meals and lift dont sit and plan a workout you will just forget about it after a week as you will see something and start that leaveing the other behind.
