How I Started:
I TOOK A GOOD LOOK IN THE MIRROR AND DECIDED TO MAKE A CHANGE, I'M TIRED OF FEELING FAT AND BLOATED ALL THE TIME I CAN'T WAIT TO TAKE MY SHIRT OFF NEXT SUMMER IT'S GONNA FEEL SO GOOD.
Why I Love It:
IT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD AND YOU MEET LOTS OF NEW FRIENDS AT THE GYM.
How I Stay Motivated:
WELL AFTER POSTING YOUR FIRST PROGRESS PICTURE YOU CAN'T STOP AFTER EVERYONE HAS SEEN HOW BAD YOU LOOK YOU HAVE TO PROVE TO YOURSELF AND EVERYONE ELSE YOU CAN DO IT.
Yeah the diet counts for a lot. That's where most people fail. Just remind yourself of your goals on a constant basis, that should help with your diet..
supman i havent been on here in a long ass time. i needed some motivation to get back at working out and i came to your page cause it seems like you always got new progress.
Finally starting to get back into it pretty hard. Was pretty lazy for a few months; switched gyms, got remotivated and started bulking. I'm about to start cutting again next week. I can see you've been keeping it up. Good Work Man!!!
workouts are going well. I need to learn how to make a great diet, and learn about rotating my carbs. I know whats healthy to eat and carbs early in the day, but I need to learn more in dept about it. I see your doin well, keep up the good work.
