Yeah the stress of this move is preventing me from losing anything major. I'm going to keep going but with movers coming this week and all the traveling I'm about to do. I'm not going to be able to get in 6 workout a week but I'm going to try to get as much as I can!! And I'm never giving up. About a month and the movers pack ever thing up. Making time ever morning work out at the gym is a must, but doing a shred while moving, buying a house , and going on a vacation is crazy stressful. I'm determined to give it a 100%, and not give up!
