How I Started:
I have always been athletic. I played volleyball in college and still compete. Over the years my body has begun to deteorate it seems and I have been unable to work on my body as I want to due to my schedule and lower back problems. I took some time off so I could heal and now I am ready to get back into the swing of things
Why I Love It:
It makes you feel good. You know that you are doing something good for you and thats a bonus. It also never hurts to hear, you weigh what??? Wow I would never have thought that.
How I Stay Motivated:
That is something that I need to work on. Hopefully this website will help me with this along with my bodyspace friends. I also desire to get back into modeling and have made some great connections and started rebuilding my portfolio. This will just make it complete

Goal (Long):
To actively get back into modeling and to have a year round beach ready bod. I want to drop at least 35 lbs to wear a size 8 and at least 10 in off my butt and thighs and some killer abs couldn't hurt either....
Just trying to get moving I suppose. I am sticking with really light workouts; primarily focused on cardio for the moment. Just want to get a breakdown on what it looks like

hey, hang in there Renee, not sure of your profession, but I'm an Police officer, husband and soon to be dad so i know what you mean when you say your schedule is extremely packed, some times i miss a workout but you can get a really good work out in 15-30 mins, hope you find your inner Chi.

I just thought that I would drop you a line to tell you that my wife, (bodyspace: judimax) is having a birthday on Saturday and is turning 48. I think she looks fantastic for not only 48 but for any age, but then again I am biased. If you get a chance she would be surprised (and love it) if you would drop by and wish her a Happy Birthday.
As my hubby said, I lost more in inches than in pounds. The scale is not the end all, be all - keep looking for the changes in clothing size, etc. If you need some help let me know.
You have all the inner strength you need to make your body transformation dreams come true. My wife (bodyspace name: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lb’s and went from 36% to 10% bodyfat in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program. You will have to push yourself because it’s not super easy but it’s still not so hard that you can’t reach your goals. We are both here for you if you wish to give us a yell.
