Got a new partner myself. I really can't tell how we are doing because the week I started working with him is the same week I started transitioning my diet from bulking to cutting. We'll see. Eating is pretty consistant. I'm going off of general knowledge at the moment. I need to delve deeper into some kinesiology specific nutrition info to maximize these next six weeks. You have any advice on where to start looking?

Hey man hows it going well i just wanted to ask you a question okk i started decline bench press for my chest workout and ive done it for about 4 workouts and instead of having a round chest the outter part is going in kind of like man boobs but not really should i stop? i do flat dumbbell press the incline then machine incline then cross cables and flyes is it decline i think it is i want to hit the outter part... round chest not in thanks i appreciate it> Have a hardcore workout! later.
