Goal (Long):
To continue to refine and improve strength and muscle QUALITY in a safe drug free way.
To be able to push myself everyday in terms of dietary discipline and physical excersice.
To step on stage and have people say "Hell no he ain't drug free"
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
