Well congrats on your upcoming graduation! That damn diet is so key to all of this. For me it's no problem killing myself in the gym, it's what I do outside the gym that gets me in trouble. But keep up your good work man!

Same ol, same ol. This past week I've been trying to slow down my reps and work on correct form....all I can say is WOW! I'm getting just as much, if not MORE of a workout! What about you? what's the good word?
High intensity cardio. You really have to go for it. Right now, I'm doing about 35 inutes a day broken into once in the morning, and once in the evening. I do 15 minutes in the morn where I do 2 minutes at a moderate pace, and one minute at a really high intensity. I do the same thing in the afternoon, but for 20 minutes. And as you know, diet is key. Drink lots of water, and eat as clean as possible. And make sure you keep your protein intake high, that way you don't lose muscle mass!
Not too much new. I started cutting weight again a couple of weeks ago,do I'm eating really clean and added the cardio back into my workout. It's been tough because the cardio def takes a bit out of you, but I like doing it first because I feel you keep your heart rate at a higher level during your workout by doing so. What's the good word with you?
