Gain about 5 to 8 pounds of muscle and increase my stamina! My cardio stinks! I've been skipping a lot of rope lately. I'm beginning to see some improvements.
Goal (Long):
I pretty defined as it stands right now. However, I would like to gain about 8-10 pounds and improve my stamina. I am really focusing on my legs and calves for muscle development. Throughout the last 15 years I've pretty much neglected my legs and calves. Don't get me wrong, I've always trained my lower body, but not to a very great intensity. Let the games begin! I want mad thickness in my legs.
As of now, I feel like I've just been doing stuff for the past 6 weeks and can't seem to get my focus back. Eh, I'll fix whatever is bothering me today. What all are you doing to get those 10 lbs you're after?
I do Abs once a week because just like every muscle it need time to recover. I do abs when i do back and just change it up every month or so to keep my body guessing.
