How I Started:
I first picked up a dumbell when I was 13 and I have always lifted ever since then. At first I wasn't as motivated, but The more I learned, the More motivation I got.
Why I Love It:
I love working out cause it helps me become stronger, and I love the feeling
How I Stay Motivated:
I remember that I have a disabilty that could push me down if I stop. I also feed off of my family not supporting the way I am.
