How I Started:
I am an exercise science major in college and had been active all my life but never had the drive to stick with a program and decided that i was sick and tired of watching what I could make others do with their body and be to much of a pansy to do it to my body so..
Why I Love It:
The feeling of achieving something that requires nothing short of determination and hard work. There are no short cuts and the results only come with discipline.
I saw an article about this ad that has now been posted in the Subways of NYC and all I have to say is "It's about FREAKIN time!" How long have we been trying to tell people how bad carbonated sugar filled beverages are for our bodies? This ad was even discussed today on cnn...
